We selected Claudia almost 6 months in advanced before our Jan 2013 wedding date. We looked through multiple photographers, ultimately landed on Claudia even though she was a little more expensive than competitors. Overall, I would have paid more, Claudia blew us away!

Once we selected Claudia we put a down payment and pretty much went a solid 4 months before getting back in touch. A little more then a month before the wedding Claudia reached back out. All communication was via email until the day of the wedding. She was so good about answering and never went more then a couple days without responding to an email. To make the final payments we used Chase bank pay services, which works just like PayPal. I am not a Chase customer and you have to go through a couple steps to verify your account, but once the account was verified it was a breeze. In addition, it saved us from traveling with a lot of cash and the 3% charge of PayPal.  Also, we were originally setup for 8 hours of service and last minute we decided we were only going to do 7 hours and Claudia reduced the final amount for removing the last hour. 

The experience:

Claudia and her assistant Armando arrived at our resort exactly on time. Within minutes she validated her day pass and everything with our wedding coordinator at Secrets Silversands. Then, her assistant immediately came with me to the grooms room and Claudia went to the brides room. They both captured everything from little things on the counters to the layout of the room. They immediately blended into the atmosphere and captured all moments. Throughout the remainder of the night, ceremony, reception, dinner, dancing and cake cutting, Claudia and Armando were everywhere, but I never really noticed them. Then, as the reception was ending Claudia presented a small slide show that she briefly put together during our dinner. This was a complete surprise; we had no idea she was going to do this. The brief 2 minute presentation of just a small preview of the photos were unbelievable. We were both blown away with the quality and the style of the photos. AMAZING! Everything picture was so perfect and that is when we knew that she was best photographer we could have ever asked for. We highly recommend Claudia to anyone getting married in Mexico. SHE IS WORTH IT!!!
