As soon as you walk up to the hotel and thru the huge wooden doors, you can tell it's going to be an amazing stay. We checked into the hotel and had a stunning room on the 5th floor that had a view of the city and bay. All over the hotel were cute little terraces, a plunge pool and jacuzzi, and every level had chairs and tables facing over the courtyard. I loved that the rooms required real keys, not cards. The room is adorable and I love the double doors looking out- what a view! The courtyard looked like it's own little town, just so adorable. Every night they have free wine and cheese in the library which is a great time to sit and relax before heading to dinner. Everything is in walking distance of the hotel. There's a giant tree in the center of the courtyard that goes up all 5 floors and at night the bats love to congregate there. It is fun watching them fly and dive around. Wifi is free and if you have a car, there is a lot across the street that they validate and it's $20/day. Charming hotel with great amenities and wonderful service- can't wait to return!
