We took our first trip to Excellence Playa Mujeres in late August of 2009. They catered to our every need, the customer service is the best we have ever had at a resort. My then boyfriend, proposed to me  on the beach there on 8.27.09. We loved the resort so very much that we wanted to have our wedding there, so a month later, we had booked our trip to go back and get married on that amazing beach where we got engaged.

From the very first contact that I had with the EPM Wedding Coordinator, Yamina, I knew that I was in good hands. She was so amazing, emailed me back so fast, answered every question I had. She was always so kind and willing to help in any way possible. It was wonderful to finally meet her in person once we arrived at the resort for our wedding. She had all the details that I had emailed her over that past year in a folder when we meet, she had everything ready to go, just perfect. She helped me create a lovely wedding day, everything that we had requested was taken care of in every way. We had rain right as our ceremony was to begin and Yamina handled our guests so well, she took such good care of everyone (including me) until the rain stopped and we could begin the wedding. It was the most amazing day of my life and she helped me make that dream come true, I just adore her!

We stayed in the Excellence Club Room level and it was wonderful! Every night there was a nice turn down service, there were flowers in our room, we had a special area on the beach with beach beds, the service was just incredible. They even arranged a romantic bubble bath with rose petals and candles on our last night there, we were so spoiled, so pampered.

The spa is wonderful, I wish I was there right now.

There are truly no words for how much we loved staying at Excellence Playa Mujeres, it was perfect and we will go back.
