AMy family traveled to Playa Del Carmen in June 2012 for a family reunion and I contacted Playaloves.me to capture family portraits for us. Laura was so helpful and professional from the start, answering my countless questions via email, providing samples of her work and helpful information about the Riviera Maya area where we were staying. During the photo shoot she was so much fun to work with, making the shoot enjoyable and relaxed for the kids and adults alike. The photos she took really captured the playful spirit of our family and are so gorgeous! The only negative was that there were just too many great shots for us to narrow down, we ended up buying them all! In addition, the customer service continued even after we returned home to the USA with her providing some additional edits and printing tips for us.
