Our wedding took place in April at the Catalonia Riviera Maya in Puerto Aventuras.  Booking our hair and make-up with MVP was an excellent choice!

From the very beginning, I was very impressed with the customer service as I emailed back and forth with Edgar.  Originally I booked for just myself quite far in advance, but eventually also added hair and make up for three bridesmaids and my mum; throughout all the booking changes Edgar was friendly, professional, and accommodating. 

I first met Melissa when she came to do my trial the day before the wedding.  I had emailed some pictures of what I envisioned for my hair, but I had had trouble finding inspiration photos for my make-up - while I think she may have liked some more photos, she listened to what I wanted (I don't wear tons of make-up everyday so nothing too dramatic, just fresh and light - me, only better!) and I trusted expertise.  The trial went smoothly and we had a good plan for the big day! 

The day of the wedding we met Melissa and her assistant at 11am (the ceremony was at 5pm).  They spent a few minutes setting up the room (they need a room with plenty of natural light) then started on my sisters and my mum and then it was my turn last! When everyone was ready we were all so pleased with Melissa and her assistant's work.  Everyone felt beautiful, confident, and ready to enjoy the wedding! 

Although it was an extremely windy afternoon, our hair and makeup stood up well to the elements during the outdoor ceremony and photographs.  Overall, I am so pleased we decided to book with MVP.  They are a pros who know exactly what they are doing and I certainly felt like I was in good hands.  I would fully recommend them!
