HDC has been a pleasure to work with! I just got back from the Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Cana less than 48 hours ago and Milan was amazing! Arnaud was very easy to deal with in regards to setting up and confirming HDC for the day of the wedding. We got married on Friday, July 27th and Milan and the videographer (I feel terrible I forgot his name!) showed up right on time and got right to work. I was still in process of getting ready and needed a little more time, he told me what he needed and took some shots he needed that didn't require me or the groom. Once he took the other photos and was ready for me, I was ready for him too. He made us all feel comfortable and set us up in a way that was quick and easy. Communication was great. After the ceremony, which was on the beach, he got right to work to get me all the photos I needed and wanted. It was again, easy and painless getting all of our guests in photos with us and then was patient with me when taking photos of my husband and I on the beach bc of the sun and our eyes lol. At the reception, I was beyond happy with Milan! He was everywhere taking pictures of the guests dancing and was snapping pictures of things I hadn't even thought of! I would be talking with a guest and he would come up and take a photo and just made sure to capture as much as he could. By the end of the night, all of our guests were saying how much they loved the photographer! Milan, THANK YOU A MILLION!!!! We left Sunday morning and are waiting for our pictures, so I will review once I see them and the video, but in regards to how HDC handled themselves throughout this whole process, I would recommend them to everyone!!!!
