My fiance and I just got back from our June 16 wedding at Le Reve. I will start by saying that we are NOT dancers - In fact we spent the majority of the reception far away from the dance floor - so the DJ/music was not important to us. Our wedding coordinator at Le Reve (Arlenis) recommended Agustin from Plug in Audiovisual and we blindly booked him with no research or comparisons. I'm so glad we did because he and his team were AMAZING! All of our guests were raving how great they were. We gave him a list of songs to play (we got requests from our guests in advance) but he was incredible mixing and transitioning, etc. and supplementing the requests to make it a real party. Everyone had an awesome time and loved dancing to their music, which was especially surprising since we are not dancers! The company also provided all of our lighting, which included the reception and dance floor areas. They were even able to create a custom gobo with our monogram to project on the dance floor, which turned out AWESOME - it was one of my favorite touches of the whole wedding. I should also note that we found their services to be a great value. As I said above we didn't do any comparison, but their prices were less than we expected to pay. I HIGHLY recommend Plug In Audiovisual.

UPDATE 8/22/12:

I am updating this to say I wish I could give these guys even more stars. To make a long story short - it started raining minutes before our ceremony (literally all of our guests were seated) and we had to move everything inside. We just got our photos back from the photographer and there were pictures of the Plug-in staff helping re-do the ceremony setup inside!!! Not only are they great at their job, they are kind and helpful people. It was a great surprise to see this and brought a smile to my face. It's the little things :)

Also, in looking at our pictures, I am very glad we chose the additional up-lighting for our reception space. I had seen some pictures of other weddings at Le Reve and the dining area looked a little dim. I was really happy with the lighting and how it appeared our pictures - our photographers could have helped, too, but let's say it was a joint effort. Anyways, it's worth the money to get the extra lighting at Le Reve.
