We got married at Excellence Playa Mujeres on May 19, 2012.  Mannia did a great job all the way around.  From the very beginning of our planning, they were available whenever we needed questions answered.  We are big fans of 80's, Goth, and Alternative music; it was extremely important to us that our guests had a very large selection of music to chose from in this format.  We decided to convert our 8000+ iTunes library into MP3 and give it to them so they would be available to the DJ.  They took that volume of music and tailored our reception to it.  It was quite simply, perfect.  My wife and I are in our 40s and have both been married before.  This reception had virually NONE of the traditional events you would normally see. There was no garter/bouquet toss, no chicken dance, no electric slide; just pure fun and dancing.  We did want to incorporate some Mexican tradition into the evening, though.  At our planning meeting a few days before, our contact, Guadalupe Nava, suggested a simple number involving me and my wife making a bridge with her veil and having everyone pass under it.  It basically turned into the limbo, and was a total blast!

MC Carlos Manuel Correa did a fantastic job ensuring things kept moving.  This is no easy task with our friends; its like herding cats!  DJ Ruben Marino did a phenomenal job creating the play list.  If a song didn't get enough interest, it quietly went away; he kept that dance floor packed the entire time!  I really can't say enough about what a great time everybody had.  As the party progressed, they introduced some straw hats and long, white baloons.  Its amazing how much fun some simple baloons can be to grown adults! 

The lighting was awesome, although we missed the lighted columns they were supposed to provide.  To be fair, it was a windy night so we understood the challenges. 

The only real complaint I had was that the night ended too soon!  We had every intention to extend the evening, but totally lost track of the time.  By the time MC Carlos came over to inform us of the last song, it was too late to keep going.  The bar staff had already begun breaking down. 

All in all, the evening was a complete success!  Every one of our guests had an absolutely fantastic time in no small part because Mannia kept things pumping!

I fully recommend them to anyone in need of sound and lighting.
