My father lives in Cancun in a private condo complex.  Beaches in Cancun are public so we used the beach right out in front of the condo for the ceremony.  I used Alquimia Events located in Cancun, to rent all of our equipment, and also for all of my floral arrangements & centerpieces.  I got a number of quotes last summer and they offered a very reasonable/competitive price, and were easy to work with.  There were a few times where I had to send follow-up emails to get a response, but overall they were great.  My main point of contact was Perla who was very friendly and usually very responsible to all of my inquiries and many questions.  I had asked to see the completed setup before they left.  Unfortunately, I was in the middle of hair and make-up and didn't get out there before they left.  When I realized there was something I wasn't happy with, they came right back and made the adjustments with no complaints which I really appreciated.  The end result of the ceremony set-up and flower arrangements was beautiful.
