We recently got married at Dreams Palm Beach in Punta Cana and when we first started planning we had thought of doing the whole ipod thing, then thought that would be too much work and we would have to delegate someone to start and stop songs during speeches or anything else that might come up, and I didn't want that,and then I started to hear horror stories of ipods not working, or the speakers going all fuzzy. We then thought we would go with the DJ services that the resort offered but were a bit hesitant as we had no reviews to go off of and were unsure of the language barrier. I had selected my photographer (Phil Steingard...who is amazing) and he refered me to DJ Mannia. He had done many weddings in Punta Cana and he said the best ones were always with them. That they would keep the party going and did they ever! Everyone had an amazing time, especially me and my husband. They brought balloons with them, and they were a hit! Everyone had so much fun with them, we got some good pictures.

I had previously sent a list to the DJ of all the songs that I wanted played during dinner and reception, he played every song I wanted, and even took requests from some of our guests. Some of my songs needed editting and lines or versus taken out and they did it perfectly. I was nervous because the song I chosen for my father daughter dance was Crystal Shawanda - You can let go now daddy, and there is a part in that song that talks about her father passing away. But I asked him to take it out and he did. Everything was perfect! I honestly couldn't ask for more, they were worth every penny, and would 100% recommend them to any friend or family member thinking of getting married in DR. THANKS DJ MANNIA!!!
