Based on reviews from BDW (reading through people's wedding reviews, planning journals, etc), Claudia's work caught my eye.  I liked her photojournalistic, artistic style and how she worked with colors.  Her prices were also in my budget, and I liked that we got high quality copies of the photos on DVD to share at home.  I have a few friends who are into photography, and when I gave them links to photographers on my short list, they recommended Claudia out of the 3 because they really liked how she plays with light in her photos.  Correspondence with her was no-frills.  I had emailed her questions one time about concerns about lighting, sunset, and daylight savings, but she reassured me that the time of my ceremony (5PM in April) would be fine, and she was totally correct.  We booked her mid-range package.  She and her brother came in the afternoon to our resort to take "before" pictures, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and most of the reception.  She was very professional in directing who should go where and what they should do, and even helped out my husband with some issues (see below).  During dinner, I saw her working behind the scenes, and she was able to set up a quick slideshow of the work that had been done so far - she brought a projector and screen to display it in the restaurant, and everyone was blown away.  It was a nice surprise we were not expecting.  

When we returned to the US, our videographer asked us for some photos from her to put in a video/photo montage of the events in Mexico to show during our AHR.  Claudia was able to send a small sampler to us in time (1 week) and it really "increased the production value," in his words.  She also set up a mp4 slideshow on her own that she let us share with family and friends.  Album, prints, and DVDs came in a timely manner, and the photos were gorgeous.  We were very happy to have her as our photographer and highly recommend her with no reservations.

Claudia did a spectacular job with our photos. We selected her based on good reviews that we found else where online. I keep three of my favorite photographs on my work desk and I rotate one of them every so often with others (I keep my two favorite ones there). She has a great eye. I have a chronic injury and she worked really well around it. She went completely out of her way for me and got a bucket of ice and water, for me to soak my feet in, after the photo shoot was done and before our dinner. I was blown away by her generosity in doing so. I'm so happy that my wife and I decided to use her for our wedding pictures. I can not recommend her enough. Her rates are better than other photographers that we researched and her work is easily as good as, if not better than, the others out there. It is my wholehearted opinion that  any one who selects her to do work for them will not regret doing so!
