I priced out and looked at alot of photographers for our Mayan wedding.  Photography was important to us but we didn't want to break the bank.

From the start Gonzalo gave 5 star service, he got back to all my emails and answered all my questions immediately.  He was very friendly and fun even over emails. His blog was beautiful, Mexico is a beautiful back drop to begin with but there was just something special about his photos.

We had Gonzalo for 10 hours on wedding day and 6 hours for TTD the following day.  Both days were fantastic.  He capture the meaningful moments, the fun moments and I know this only from the previews he gave us and the slide show he sent as the rest of the photos are in the mail, to arrive soon.

Trash the Dress day was spent in 3 different locations in Tulum; a cenote for underwater photos, a small resort in Tulum and a public beach in Tulum by the ruins.

The underwater photos in the cenote were the hardest thing to do,fun and exhausting, who knew looking romantic under water while holding your breath could be so hard but it was, the beach pictures were an incredibly good time and Gonzalo got down and dirty with us in all aspects of TTD he was rolling around in the ocean and at points I was afraid the waves would take him away.  He took us to a roadside taco stand for lunch and for a beer at a small pub toward the end of the day, where we got to chat and learn about Gonzalo and who he is as a person and not just Gonzalo the photographer. It was a very fun experience and I am very pleased with the photos so far.

I would highly recommend Gonzalo Nunez to any bride who wants good photos for a reasonable price. He is fun and friendly and takes great pride in his work.
