I got married at Excellence Riviera Cancun in July 2010.  My experience was fabulous.  We decided to have the small wedding package that was included in the price of the room.  I believe you can have up to 10 guests and other packages are available.  My package included all I needed - cake, champagne, romantic dinner, bouquet and boutinaire.  A few days prior to my arrival the wedding coordinator, Ramon, sent me an e-mail with choices of venue, chair covers, and flowers.  When we arrived at the resort we got star treatment and met with Ramon again the day before the ceremony to go over the details.  The wedding went off without a hitch.  The location we chose was beautiful and the weather even cooperated!  We got married out on the piers, but couples could also choose to be married on a beautiful beach location or in the gazebo.  All are very pretty.  After the ceremony we took pictures and then joined our guests for dinner in one of the restaurants at the resort.  It was all so lovely and we felt very special.  All in all, I would definitely recommend Excellence for a wedding.  Although ours was very small (10 people total), there were other large weddings going on at the resort while we were there.  Everything is top notch and carefree.  5 STARS!
