We had such a great time at Now Sapphire and I am soooo happy with the way our wedding turned out and how all our guests loved it. I was worried that some guest would have bad experiences or not like the hotel. I dont think anyone had ever been to an all inclusive hotel and I was a bit worried the wouldnt think it was worth the price. I shouldn't have worried. Everyone said what a great time they were having and I have to say this is 75% due to the wonderful staff. 

The resort is smaller than I expected but you could still feel like you could get away. I thought this was nice as it didnt take forever to walk to dinner or the beach. The food was very good at all the restaurants and we were most impressed by the variety and quality of food at the buffet. Our wedding dinner was outstanding and the staff assigned to work it were also. 

We stayed in the preferred club areas most of the time,which really aren't that far away from the rest of the resort, this was nice as we were able to visit with our guests too. by the second day all the staff seemed to know our names or at least our faces. We would walk in and the staff would ask if any other family or guests would be joining as well. I cannot say enough about the staff.

The resort itself is very beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Since we were there for our wedding we got upgraded to a walk-out beach front room. it amazing! 

Our guests loved it so much they were talking of going back for my parents 50th wedding anniversary! I can't wait to get back!

Ramon was amazing!! He was able to work some magic and help us stay in budget. I cannot thank him enough.Ramon did an outstanding job. the only decorations i brought were little luminaries in white and blue paper which I asked him to scatter around. He took it upon himself to also scatter seashells and other larger candles. and even though we didnt think we needed the centerpiece( it thought it would be too small and look silly), he put in there anyway and it was gorgeous! He really knows his stuff! He made sure the decorations on the cake matched the blue i had picked for my bouquet ribbon too.
