I definitely couldn't get reservations done the way we had to have them without Wendy! She worked with our confusing travel arrangements, with last minute reservations, and even last minute changes in some guests' travels. Wendy was always so prompt with her responses and just amazing and easy to work with. She even called us in Mexico to check how everything was going (we had a hurricane heading our way)!
