We had a hard time deciding with which resort to go with for our wedding because there were so many to choose from but we are glad we went with Cancun Palace, we arrived with 30 guests and we all check-in right away without too big of a fuss. The hotel is clean and every where I go I would see someone cleaning the resort, the food was great, can't complain for an all inclusive. The resort credit made our guest not have to pay too much extra for excursions and such with made it extra special. Another bonus about Cancun Palace is you are able to go to the other Palace resorts such as Moon Palace and use their facility and still be treated with professionalism.

For our wedding we were assigned Paola and she did an amazing job with our wedding, all of our detail was done perfect down to the seating arrangements, we arrived with a luggage full of wedding favors, centre pieces, etc and Paola took care for all of it which puts a huge relief for ourselves. Our photographers from La Luna Photography even arrived early to take pictures and the resort did not give them too much of a hard time and acted professional to them just as if they were a guest at the hotel.
