I just returned from spending 5 fabulous nights at Excellence Playa Mujeres for our honeymoon and it was absolutely AMAZING!! My husband and I were blown away by how beautiful the resort was and how private and quite it was compared to the "family" resort we got married at in Cancun.  The service was wonderful and the staff always had a smile on their face and treated you so well!  I HIGHLY recommend bringing American dollars for tipping...we spent over $200 on tipping the staff but they were very appreciative of the tips and it was nothing compared to the excellent service they gave us.

The rooms were beautiful and there was always a turn-down service at night so by the time we got back to the room, our bed was turned down and there was a schedule of events for the next day available for us to review.   The food is VERY delicious!!! We loved all of the restaurants and never had one complaint...we gained at least 10 lbs from consuming everything in sight :)

Overall, I can't say enough good things about this resort. It was the best honeymoon ever thanks to Excellence Playa Mujeres and we recommend everyone experience the wonderful service and gorgeous environment!
