Pros: Intimate, good service, large rooms, the WC Sandra was fantastic!
Cons: small resort, not a lot of entertainment

We got married at Dreams PA on june 3rd 2011. We were a group of about 30 adults and 7 kids from toddlers to older age. We are from Sweden and planned our whole wedding over email, we had never been to this resort before, but we were at Dreams Puerto Vallarta last year and loved it. We choose this resort from the pictures in the broschyr.

The Resort ***

It's got a nice lobby and the rooms seem to be pretty newly renovated, they are all high standard and pretty spacious. The resort is small, had I known it was this small we had picked another resort. Soemthing we really appreciated with Dreams Puerto Vallarta were that the restaurants had such amazing views over the ocean. This resort had not and that was something I missed. The beach is small but the water is clear and warm. The service was fantastic, although my husband tipped pretty well, so they were probably extra kind too us ; )  One thing that annoyed me was that there was no air conditioner in the buffée and I don't like to sweat while I eat.

Food ***

It's not Guide Michelin food, but we knew it and didn't expect anything else. The food is good, the hamburgers are fantastic and I really miss the fish tacos, they are soo deliscious! One think I didn't like was that the Oceana were adults only, we had our little son who's 1 1/2 with us and he slept in his stroller at night and didn't make a noice, but we were still not allowed in there with him. The sushi was amazing! Only wish they would have been open more often.

Entertainment **

Not much entertainment at all. I was expecting theme nights and dancers like at the other Dreams resort but there was none. The odler kids really liked the Explorers Club though.

Sandra the wedding planner *****

What can I say...she is fantastic!! We had only had contact over email and I've been a pretty particular bride when it comes to details. She had control over everything and after our first meeting I felt I could leave my wedding in her hand and just relax. She made our day amazing! There were a few hick ups, that no one probably noticed, but overall it was absolutely amazing!

La Luna Photographers *****

They are amazing! I'm out of words for how good the pictures turned out, they did such an amazing job. They were so discreet, you hardly notice them running around and taking pictures, and so professional. We cried when we saw the pictures, they really managed to capture every emotion we felt that day. They created a memory for life.

Summary

We stayed for 10 days at Dreams PA and our guests for 7 days. This wedding has been a memory for life for not only us but for all of those that came with us. We had so much fun together and ended the week with a beautiful and fun wedding. Yes, there were things with the resort that were less good, but that didn't matter cos all of our guests had a wonderful vacation and so did we. We had sun, swim, food, drinks, adn topped it off with a wedding,  what else can you ask for? ; )
