Fernanda with Planner 1 Events was amazing to work with!

Communication was super easy. It can definitely be difficult planning a wedding from such a distance, but this company made it simple. We emailed back and forth, and they were willing to figure something out for any request we had. They were so nice to work with, because they always had a positive answer, and I heard a lot of no's from other people.

We used Planner 1 for flowers, and they turned out perfectly. Their prices were fair. I drew pictures of what we wanted and they delivered! There were shells in the bouquets that turned out even better than I imagined. They had to cutest little sea urchins and starfish. They were amazing, and everyone loved them! They also did our centerpieces, which we also loved.

And they did floral leis that hung from the gazebo. We really loved the way those turned out. They looked so amazing blowing in the wind.

We also used the lanterns tree poles they have on their website. They looked great in person. We ended up having our ceremony in a banquet room (rain) and it looked just as beautiful inside. They also hung white paper banners from the poles, and it turned out so beautiful.

They also allowed us to have maracas shipped to them, and then they delivered the maracas to us at the hotel. They arrived at the hotel and sent the box right up to our room, with no problems.

We also hired a cigar roller through them, which was also easy and a lot of fun. It was nice too, because they could offer so many services, so we only had to pay one vendor fee for the hotel.

Planner 1 also provided chairs for the ceremony. They were so much cheaper than the price the hotel would charge for the same chairs. This price difference alone made up for having to pay the hotel's vendor fee.

Everything about working with Planner 1 was easy. And our plans changed constantly. On the wedding day, I didn't have to worry about anything. I never even got to meet them in person! The rain changed the way some things were set up, but they dealt with it completely and it all turned out perfectly. I would use them again and recommend Planner 1 to everyone! It is a great company!
