DJ Doremixx played at our wedding at Ceiba del Mar and he was incredible to work with from start to finish. Communication was always great, with quick responses. Ivan came to meet with us at our resort a few days before the wedding just to go over everything one last time, which we really appreciated! We provided him with a music list of songs we really liked for dinner and dancing, and he read our music tastes perfectly. During dinner he kept the mood romantic, and kept the music low enough for guests to talk yet high enough that it could be heard over the wind. Once the dancing started, it did not stop:) He read our crowd to a T, knew exactly what to play to keep them all on the dance floor and having an amazing time. And trust me, they did! The props were especially appreciated, as the pictures below show. He also acted as somewhat of a Master of Ceremony, announcing the entire wedding party and parents, announcing the speeches and first dances, the cake cutting, etc. I had given him some slow songs to play occasionally through the night and an example of how well he read our crowd is that he didn't play them - and we are SO glad he didn't! Our friends and family were there to party, and I think any slow song would've been taken as a time to rush the bar for another drink until the next fast song haha. So Ivan did an awesome job with knowing exactly what the group wanted and giving it to them!

Our guests raved to us all night and the next day about how awesome our DJ was, and most said he was the best DJ they've seen at a wedding ever. Many people asked us how we found such an incredible DJ in Mexico without being able to meet and test them out, and that's when we have to thank BDW! Ivan's reviews on here are what made us book him, and his reviews really are stellar for a reason - he is the absolute BEST! I strongly recommend hiring DJ Doremixx for anyone getting married in the Riviera Maya.
