Highly recommend Party Flops. They were quick to respond, initiated communication with us when they felt our color selections might not have enough contrast and therefore not be visible enough. This was done AFTER we had already paid, so if they had been lazy or could have cared less I would  have legitimately had to take what I got.  Instead of this, they actually called me to verbalize their concern and were POLITE and PATIENT - unheard of where we live in L.A. They were unbelievably customer  focused and extremely professional. This was one item for our wedding that was easy to get off the to-do list. They were so, so great to deal with and the finished goods came on time exactly as promised despite the delay my poor color choice made and the changes they had to make. Thank you, Party Flops!
