Teresa contacted us after we inquired on BDW about the best TA for Dreams Riviera Cancun. She was very informative and answered all our questions. She was usually very prompt in her responses. We exchanged over 100 emails and she was friendly from beginning to end. Her and her assistant Deanna were very helpful for my guests booking the travel through her. Thank goodness for Teresa! She contacted us after we had requested info from Wright Travel Agency (I guess they referred us to her?). Even though my wedding wasn't into May 2014 I contacted Teresa in January 2013 to start planning my room block for my guest at Dreams Los Cabos and let me say from start to finish I received nothing but greatness from her and her assistants. Teresa was the main person that I was talking too but my guest were talking to her assistants  Deanna & Sara.
