After reviewing several hair and make-up vendors, it was clear that TheBestMoment was the best option- their prices were reasonable and they were willing to travel to us on the day of and even helped us paying the vendor fee from the hotel. My husband and I got married on April 11, 2015 at the Riu Cancun and The Best Moments Hair & Makeup did my hair and makeup as well as all of my 6 bridesmaids hair and makeups. Natacha Bitsch (hair) and Carla (airbrush make-up) arrived promptly at 12:30, as arranged. They were both very sweet, outgoing, and fun. Their work was phenomenal! They did my hair and make-up, as well as my MOH and mother's. We were all finished by 3 pm.
I did not book trial run, I simply emailed several photos of "looks" that I liked. I was and still am extremely happy with how I looked. I received countless compliments alllll day and night!

Hi! 3 of my bridesmaids and I received hair and make-up services from the best moments on my wedding day in March 2015. I also had a trial run about a week in advance. I was really EXTREMELY pleased with everything! everyone is very accommodating, and it was no problem to add more people on the wedding day, which was fantastic. the stylists did an excellent job! Coming all the way from Australia to get married in Cancun I had so much to think of and really no idea what to expect from The Best Moments.Long story short: it was just perfect, thank you so much for making my wedding so special as it was.

I am not a huge fan about reviews but this company is really amazing and I can't say enough good things about Martina and the team. My wedding was in December at the Playacar Palace Hotel in Playa del Carmen. They were amazing to work with and made myself and my bridal party look totally amazing. The Best Moments beauty is highly recommended to everyone by our bridal group of very picky New Yorkers. Everyhing was just superb and we worked twice with them. I was so impressed with the hairstyle and make-up on my wedding day that 2 of my friends asked for The Best Moments contact details.
I didn’t even booked a trial, just booked them straight away, because of time issues on my side.
Both stylists were obviously passionate and very talented with what they did. The hairstylist (I forgot her name, but super sweet girl) is also very relaxed, easy to get along with and helps you to feel at ease on such an important day such as your wedding day!

I don't even know where to start, but booking The Best Moments was by far the best decision I made for my wedding in Cancun.
Everything was just perfect, from the communication with Martina, to the trial day ( which I used for a cocktail party) to the wedding day.

I received a prompt response from Martina (owner), I got prices for myself and my bridesmaid. Because of all the reviews on this forum, I booked them right away. Fast, friendly service. Good communication (which is the most important thing when you are planning a wedding from another country!) Service on the wedding day was exceptional; I didnt need to worry about a thing as everything was obviously in hand and running smoothly. I felt very special and looked after!

Martina, the manager I believe, was very fast and professional replying to my emails and immediately took care in contacting my wedding planner once we decided to book.
