My name is Gulnara. I love people in love.? Photography is the core of my being. It is my life.? Being surrounded by love and happiness energizes me to create kick-ass photos that are both fabulous and timeless. Nothing makes me happier than delivering an incredible image collection full of exciting moments and fabulous portraits that will be cherished for years to come.
I was born in Russia and live in NYC since 1992. I heart New York and LOVE to travel!!I love to laugh and I strive to live a healthy life. I have two hilarious cats named Zippy and Moosya adopted from Save Kitty Foundation. I studied at the International School of Photography and I worked at the Associated Press for almost 9 years.? I’ve been on the History Channel. So I’m kind of a big deal. ? ;)

Pros: Easy to work with, excellent eye, responsive, delivers on her word
Gulnara was a pleasure to work with. I wanted spectacular photos from my wedding and Gulnara pulled it off. She captured not just the day, but the moments that mattered, and her photo-journalistic eye brought them to life in a way that many with less experience can so often miss. She captured genuine smiles and the many emotions of the day. Pros: Fabulous, Fun, Professional and Extremely Talented
Cons: Seriously nothing
When you see Gulnara's work you will find that her style is one of a kind. A true artist who can capture both the emotion of the day and have you look stunning in the process. The uploaded pic on my profile is 1 of 100 images I just loved and when I thought it would be hard to choose, she made the whole process simple. Wow, all these 5-star reviews! I would think they were faked if I didn't know from personal experience that Gulnara is that good.
We looked around a lot for a photographer and found that many of the ones we wanted were already booked. Then we met Gulnara and started thanking our lucky stars that we hadn't wound up with any of the ones we had thought we wanted. Pros: extraordinarily gifted, fun to work with, professional, timely, makes you comfortable, incredible eye, finds the "moments" before they happen!
Cons: nothing!
I cannot say enough good things about Gulnara. As an amateur photographer myself, photography was my top priority among all the details of putting our wedding together. I wanted, more than anything, that day captured for the rest of our lives. And no one can do it like Gulnara. Coming from a career in photojournalism (and with a Pulitzer nomination!), it is no surprise that Gulnara tells a story with her photographs. I just can't say enough good things about Gulnara Studio.
Photography was always a top priority for us when planning our wedding. Yes, there are the flowers and the cake and the million other details you worry about - but as a bride a year after her wedding, I can absolutely assure you that I treasure my photos from Gulnara the most. As in, if there were ever a fire in my building, I am taking my husband and my photos from Gulnara on my way out. And that's because:

Cons:
What drew us to hire Gulnara for our wedding in October 2010 was definitely her muliticultural portfolio. Of course her creativity, professionalism, and quality of images were all up there, but the fact that she was able to capture many stories from different cultures truly showed how diverse and spontaneous her creative eye can be.
