I have to say I am absolutely 100% satisfied with my purchase from Factory 21. Everything right from the initial ordering process, to the customization of my order, to the delivery time, to the mug itself, everything was perfect! :-)

Pros: fast delivery, unique, everyone loves it
Cons: hefty brokerage fee /shipping cost to Canada
I ordered shooter glasses from Factory 21 and used them as part of my favor, the turnaround was fast, I got the proof within 24 hours and the product delivered to my door within 2 weeks! Everyone found them unique and nice...I got load of compliments!

Pros: Super fast ordering and delivering
I ordered these awesome plastic beer steins to include in my OOT bags for my upcoming wedding in Mexico. I couldn't be happier with the way that they turned out. Amanda was so great to work with from beginning to end. She is very helpful with quantity ordering and customizing them to your needs. I ordered these on January 1st and received them on January 10th. Excellent product and pricing and excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend her ladies!

Pros: So quick to respond and deliver
I love these guys! I have referred sooo many ladies to them because I was so pleased with my order. Amanda was very quick to respond (a big plus for brides since we already have a million other things going on lol).
I got my proofs within a few hours and it looked great. I liked it so much that I decided to order some shot glasses from them. She was nice enough to combine the shipping and save me a little bit of money. :-)

I can't say enough good stuff about Factory 21, Amanda and their products. For our wedding we bought steins for our OOT bags and shot glasses for our AHR. I found Factory 21 on ebay and thought I'd give them a try and I'm so glad I did. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. I got responses back right away when I had questions.
