My experience with Wright Travel Agency specifically Patty Jordan and Kristen Bullock was outstanding and way above my expectations. We had about 75 people attend our destination wedding in Punta Cana at Now Larimar and these two were a key part in making the travel for us a smooth process. We love and adore Kristen and Patty.
My husband and I started out wanting to have a destination wedding, and we had no idea where to start. We googled the best travel agents in our area (Sacramento), and it was so hard finding a agent that didn't have there own charges. But as days went on we finally found the Wright Travel Agency and the amazing reviews they had. After having a stressful and unreliable coordinator, Patty and Kristen made up for it by ensuring us a stress free experience. My husband and I felt at ease handing over the coordinating to them. Our day was flawless as well as our travel plans. Our guests were able to work with both Patty and Kristen with ease and felt extremely satisfied with their trip. My husband and I were going back and forth between several resorts in Cancun. We had to find a place in our budget that would accommodate about 84 guests. We had so many questions but Wendy was super prompt! She would help me "light the fire" for some of the guests that were taking a little longer to reserve the room :D. Pros: Everything, they're the best!
Patty and Kristen were very helpful in my planning for this big wedding trip. I know I had so many silly questions and crazy guest that they handle everything well. Few weeks before the wedding week they sent me a bag which I thought it was the sweetest thing. Hubby and I got a surprise before we arrived to Now Larimar, champagne on the car ride AND our room got upgraded to Preferred Club, which was a HUGE surprise.

I was just married at El Dorado Seaside Suites by Karisma in Riviera Maya, Mexico and Wendy Hicks from Wright Travel was fabulous in assisting myself, my husband, and all our guests in making the travels easy and wonderful. She was easy to communicate with via phone or email, always responding promptly. The guests seemed to have no major glitches upon arrival at the resort either. I used the Wright Agency for my destination wedding in Punta Cana. Patty and Kristen were always 100% and very helpful. I found them on a Punta Cana Brides forum on Facebook and emailed Patty and loved her instantly. Had the pleasure of working with Wendy Hicks as our travel agent for our wedding. She was amazing from start to finish. Very responsive to our guests and us throughout the process. We were married at the Riu Palace Riviera Maya on May 23rd 2015. Without Wendy helping us with travel arrangements we would have been lost. She was a breeze to work with and responded to all my (and my moms) emails immediately. Babs was great to work with (I found her through a rec from a friend who loved her as well). All of our guests had great correspondence with her. She responds right away, is always in a happy mood, and made everyone feel at ease about traveling from Iowa to our destination wedding in the Riviera Maya.
