Pros: venue, staff, food, on-site planners
Cons: pre-wedding communication; honeymoon registry; resort photographers
Upon arrival, we were brought to the Preferred Lounge for Check-In. Our room wasn’t ready, so they suggested that we get some food and explore the resort, but not after a sneaky time share pitch. They wanted us to come to breakfast in the launge the next morning to talk about their vacation club and the particular agent was pretty ruthless. She called us the next morning and at least one more time. We really only utilized the in-room internet and reserved palapas that come with Preferred. We had

Pros: On-site planners, size of resort, pool
Cons: Food was decent, but not great, Floors were slippery, Not much to do at night
We were married at the Now Sapphire on July 2, 2012. While we never visited beforehand, I did a ton of research. For what we were looking for, the Now Sapphire exceeded our expectations. Our ceremony and reception was held on the Tequila Terrace. I did not want to worry about the sand and I wanted to wear wedges, so we did both on the terrace. We had 54 guests and it was not crowded at all. We started the wedding at 6 and the sun was just starting to set. It was a perfect night.

Pros: great size, friendly, no worries
Cons: none!
We had such a great time at Now Sapphire and I am soooo happy with the way our wedding turned out and how all our guests loved it. I was worried that some guest would have bad experiences or not like the hotel. I dont think anyone had ever been to an all inclusive hotel and I was a bit worried the wouldnt think it was worth the price. I shouldn't have worried. Everyone said what a great time they were having and I have to say this is 75% due to the wonderful staff.

Pros: Amazing hotel amenities and service. Beautiful landscape. Exceptional personal service from Staff
Cons: Nothing to add
First of all I would like to say that I could not have been any happier from the moment I left Chicago to get to Now Sapphire to my amazing wedding day, and to the days thereafter our special wedding day.
The resort has it all! They think of everything and can pretty much put together anything that your heart desires, and your mind visualizes of your special wedding day and memories of it.
Of course, my story begins like all the other brides that I have read reviews on like "no

Pros: BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS, GREAT POOL, FABULOUS WEDDING FINALLY
Cons: VERY, VERY DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE WEDDING DEPARMENT UNTIL YOU ARRIVE AT THE RESORT
MY DAUGHTER AND SON-IN-LAW WERE MARRIED AT THIS BEAUTIFUL SITE, RECENTLY RENAMED THE NOW SAPPHIRE RESORT. THE WEDDING WAS FABULOUS.
ONCE WE ARRIVED, SANDRA, OUR COORDINATOR, WAS AS ACCOMODATING AND NICE AS WE COULD EVER HOPE. SHE AND HER PARTNER, DANIELLA, WERE A JOY TO WORK WITH.
A WORD OF WARNING: COMMUNICATING WITH THE STAFF OF THE HOTEL, LONG-DISTANCE, IS A NIGHTMARE. PERHAPS IT WAS PARTLY BECAUSE THE HOTEL CHANGED OWNERSHIP A FEW MONTHS AFTER WE CONTRACTED. PERHAPS IT WAS BECAUSE W
