My now-wife and I had the most amazing wedding at Aventura Spa / Cove Palace. We stayed on the Spa side, as did about half of our guests, but all of our events were on the Cove side to accomodate the 3 children who were attending. The entire staff were accepting of our non-traditional marriage, fairly easy to work with, and what they delivered was pretty exceptional. We highly recommend this option for a budget-friendly wedding t

Pros: not at all crowded, great drinks
Cons: loud rooms, few activities
We were just there for a vacation, not a wedding. I think the place would be much more fun with a big group.
Pros:
What we enjoyed the most was that the place was practically empty. But, as it changes to a Hard Rock, I imagine it will start to fill back up again. It was really nice having restaurants, pools, and the beach to ourselves several times.
We really enjoyed the Jacuzzi tubs, but were told during the time-share sales pitch they will be removed. Probably for th

Cons: New ownership! Stay away!!
We just returned from our wedding in the Riviera Maya. I just wanted to write a review to save you ladies from some of the heart ache that I experienced.
We booked our rooms 8 months in advance and booked our wedding before that. We decided to have our ceremony at the Playcar Palace and then our reception at the Adventura Cove (where our group was staying).
The Adventura Cove changed my wedding coordinator 3 times before I was transfered to the onsite coordinator (1 week before l

Pros: Beautiful resort, clean, well kept, friendly staff, awesome wedding coordinator
Cons: nothing to say
Resort: Aventura is just beautiful. You will be so happy you picked this place. Everything from the inside out looks stunning, clean and well kept. The lobby area was grand with comfy chairs, natural light, a bar, a few shops and several desks for guest services, public relations and activity planners. Our room was great. It was on the third floor with a view of the ocean and the Spa Terrace (where we had our Welcome Dinner). We walked in to roses on the bed spelling out I LOVE YOU, roses

Pros: Amazing staff, Outstanding Wedding Coordinator, Stunning resort rooms and grounds!
Cons: Email/phone communication with WC, some confusion on what resort dollars could be used for.
Well to say our trip is ASP was anything but perfection I would be telling a lie!
The resort itself was absolutly stunning. Every staff member makes sure that you and your guests are treated like royalty throughout your stay at their resort. You get special wristbands that let the staff know if your are a part of the wedding group.

Pros: beautiful resort and grounds, great perks, restaurants were great, shows were lots of fun!
Cons: communication, organization, wish we would've had more guidance
RESORT:
The resort grounds and pools are absolutely beautiful! We very much enjoyed the pools - and the little pizza huts near them are definitely great as well! They were clean, big, and when we were there, not packed at all! ;) Let's not forget the drinks, drinks and more drinks that were readily available for those who were busy sunbathing and working on their tan! ;)
RESTAURANTS:
Although the restaurants on the Cove Side were good, I would definitely say that the restaura

Cons: bad room service
Overall Resort:
Gorgeous! From the moment we checked in and walked through the doors to the outside, I knew we were going to love it. My husband and I don’t really think pictures do the resort justice. It really is beautiful.
As soon as we got out of our shuttle we were greeted by the bell-boys who immediately handed us a cool, scented washcloth to refresh ourselves while they loaded our luggage onto a cart. We then continued to the check-in desk where we the girls were give

General Overview
Aventura Spa/Cove Palace: A+
Let me just start by saying we LOVE Aventura. We had been there once before; we loved it then and we loved this time! Aventura was the perfect place for our wedding! They really know what they are doing and created a beautiful wedding experience for us! We had a few concerns going in and a couple more in the issues we dealt with in the first couple of days (all stated below) but when it came down to the wedding day, the entire staff made s

Ok ladies. Im finally getting time to post my review. J
Firstly, I have to say that this was the best hotel I have ever stood at. It was beautiful and the servers were the nicest and most accommodating people I have ever encountered.
We arrived 4 days before the actual wedding and Im glad we did. We were so busy handling wedding stuff that I probably only got a half day to rest and enjoy the resort during the day. Between meeting with our wedding coordinator, Wilma and the DJ and
