Pros: Claribel was amazing!
Cons: Do not have a meeting with the melia club people... Really a waste of time and not worth doing it on your wedding stay! It's also a rip off they say they will give you 30k points each for going to the meeting. We have been waiting for ours for 3 w
My husband and I just had our wedding at PPR and let me tell you it was more than what I enter imagined. We began planning our wedding in July of 2014 and were a bit unsure of the whole destination wedding thing. We decided to visit for our Love At First Site in January and it was prett good. Some minor things but all went well. We decided to book it and got married there on March 22, 2014. We decided on the tailor made package which was totally worth it! We had 60 ppl and they all had a blast.

Pros: The resort itself is gorgeous and the accomodations are great
Cons: Communication with the Romance Team
My husband and I, along with a large wedding party (60 ppl) arrived at the Paradisus Palma Real on Thursday (June 20, 2013) for our Sunday wedding (June 23, 2013). I will write my review in chronological order so that it's a little easier to follow. Like I mentioned I had a large group arriving and no one had an issue at the time of check-in; from what my guests commented check-in was a breeze and the staff at the front desk was very nice. My husband and I were also upgraded to a one-bedroom sui

We got married at the Paradisus Palma Real on June 28, 2013 and it was a beautiful, unforgettable experience for us and all our guests. I would recommend this resort to anyone. The grounds, accommodations, food, drinks, and staff were absolutely wonderful.

Number of guests: 33 including bride and groom
Total cost for wedding (just wedding, not room) - 15000 roughly

Pros: Secluded, pretty, that's it!
Cons: Everything!
AWe stayed at the The Reserve April 14-20 and were married on site. We have travelled fairly extensively and never have felt it necessary to write a review.... until now. We have a difficult time believing many of these reviews that give specific employee names because no one speaks fluent English at the resort, and they only have first names on their badges. Very suspicious of everyone leaving reviews calling out all of the employees by first and last name and doing nothing but praising ever

We were married at the Paradisus Palma Real on November 10, 2012 and it was absolutely amazing – even with the thunderstorm we had that morning! Overall, it was one of the most amazing experiences of my entire life.
Planning
My initial planning started with my wedding planning in Miami. Her name was Veronica. She was very helpful, quick to respond, and answered my millions of questions! Closer to the wedding, there was a reorg and my planner was changed to Jessica. She didn’t mi

Pros: beautiful setting, wonderful staff, resort thats amazing and very accomodating
Cons: I requested white linens and they gave me brown (which ended up looking great). Hard to find a con.
Hey girls,
I just got married at the Paradisus Palma Real on November 3rd. It was AMAZING!!! I had both my ceremony and reception on the beach and it was perfect. I had the chill out chic package and everything was beautiful. If you have concerns relax because the romance team was great. I definitely recommend having your reception on the beach. It was BEAUTIFUL, we did the light up dance floor and Chinese lanterns and it was incredible. At one point during the reception it started to rain

Hello ladies,
I just got back from our wedding at PPR and everything was just perfect. I rarely post or leave feedback for anything but our wedding at Paradisus Palma Real was so wonderful that i wanted to share our beach wedding experience. The place is gorgeous and you can't go wrong picking this resort. When we arrived, our room was ready and we were upgraded to a larger suite.
Our romance coordinator was Veronica from the Miami office and she was really helpful and responds

The beaches of the caribbean are the best for weddings ceremonies and receptions, i've seen weddings perform by RSEntertainment and they are great, they are the officials DJ for this resort.

My husband and I got married there, 1 month ago. My family and friends had a great time there. We found the staff friendly and accommodating, the restaurants, pools and lounge areas are beautiful. The food was delicious, specially at Gabi beach (where we celebrated our reception). I truly hope to come back for next year.

I recently held my wedding at the Paradisus Palma Real on 12/18/2010. This review will encompass both my hotel stay as well as my wedding day review.
Arrival Day
Upon our arrival at the resort, we proceded to the front desk to check in. After a bunch of back-and-forth with the clerk at the desk, they notified us that they could not locate a record of our reservation. At this point (since I knew I was having about 30 other guests arriving who were all also staying at the resort), I
