Cons: see below.......
The  Families stay at The Sun Palace ..........5th  wedding celebration   Today is the 2nd day back from my vacation: i would have sent this sooner but my mind was clouded from the Anti-histamines and needed over 24 hours for it to clear from my body.   The start of our trip was great, minus the missing slippers from our room, made us think that only presidential suites had free slippers, I did not think I would have to ask for our slippers.     3rd day in we went on a Tulum tour. Pros: Great location
Cons: Disorganized weddings department
We had our large 80 guest wedding here in August. My full review is on trip advisor.  The wedding was spectacular. 2 Days of events, 2 djs, a violinist, and great fun.  The wedding was a real blast.   We used La Luna Photography, wow they were amazing. Please see the link below to our photos.  If you are interested in booking a wedding here or at any Palace Resort please send me a PM, I am a member and specialize in wedding bookings.  It will save you a great deal of money!

We had a hard time deciding with which resort to go with for our wedding because there were so many to choose from but we are glad we went with Cancun Palace, we arrived with 30 guests and we all check-in right away without too big of a fuss. The hotel is clean and every where I go I would see someone cleaning the resort, the food was great, can't complain for an all inclusive. The resort credit made our guest not have to pay too much extra for excursions and such with made it extra special. Ano

Pros: Beautiful beach, resort credit, awesome staff
Cons: lack of communication before the wedding
We had our wedding at the Cancun Palace back in May and am just getting around to posting per a pm request. We had 12 guest join us on our trip. We flew into Cancun on Thursday the 19th and after checking in but prior to going to the room we went and had a meeting with the wedding coordinator Cindy. Communication prior to the face to face meeting was rather poor with very slow response time or no response at all. During the face to face meeting I did see that Cindy had printed out all the emails

Pros: Fabulous Rooms, Outstanding Service, Spotlessly Clean, Incredible Pool, Succulent Food
Cons: We didn't say longer.......
I went online and booked the Cancun Palace Resort for our daughter's wedding.  It was scary because the website left a lot of questions in our minds.  Our Miami Reservationist, Yesenia Soler, was very efficient with the bookings, website info etc.  At two months prior to the wedding, we were assigned a wedding coordinator...Cintya Ortiz. While Cintya was very quick to respond to our email inquiries and phone requests, we were still a bit shakey amd thought we would have to be sure to oversee eve
