I'm sorry you had to go through that with Marco as well. I sent him an email after posting on here about my dissatisfaction in the service that he was providing me. He apologized, gave me his reasons for his actions, and said he will do better at communicating with me. As of late, he has been responding the same day or within a couple of days.
