My wedding is coming up in April and I spoke to Elsa when I first booked but cannot get in touch with her and have been trying for months now. Do you have Elsa’s direct contact info? I have asked the hotel via phone and email but I seem to get a runaround. There has been a variety of different people that have contacted me back but the language barrier has proven to be very difficult to communicate. I would love to just speak to Elsa. I’m less than 2 months from my wedding and have not heard a word from her and I have questions that are not being answered.
