I was just sent the "updated" EPM Wedding Guide. We were using the earlier version that had it listed at $320 that i received earlier this year from Mariana. we were never sent the new Wedding Guide until now. I find it kind of a bait-and-switch to give us a new price guide less than 2 months before our wedding.

Has anyone used the 1-hour add-on video package recently? If so, was it the price as listed at $320? I am getting a much higher price by the resort's on-site vendor Season's Photo Studio (Beach Wedding Studios) but haven't heard back from our wedding coordinator at the resort about the listed price yet.

I actually received two emails over the weekend from Cynthia! It gets better...I sent her another email this morning and I already heard back from her. Seems like she is getting caught up since Mariana has left...I hope!

Almost two weeks and no reply to TWO of my emails. we are 2 months out. Ughhhh.

I'm sure once we get a little closer, everything will be okay. I don't have much important questions to ask her at this point so I'm not too concerned. I do miss Mariana though!!! Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.

Have you been getting responses back from Cynthia quickly? We did initially a couple weeks ago when the change happened. But, we sent an email last week and it's been a week and we haven't heard back. Getting a little concerned on what's going on.

Got some bad news that our Wedding Coordinator we have been working with for a year, Mariana, is no longer with the resort. We have a new WC, Cynthia. I've been in communication with her and I am hoping she is on top of things like Mariana was. Also heard good things about Mariana from previous brides. Hoping I don;t need to worry about Cynthia taking over. Less than three months to go!

So am I correct in assuming that by filing as either one (split possessions or joint), it really doesn't matter because we are living in the United States and these "types" of marriages only has jurisdiction while living in Mexico? I just want to be sure. November 5th! Mariana has been REALLY great with responding to my many emails very quickly since the beginning planning last year, btw.

Hello! Has anyone done a legal/civil ceremony here? We are getting married in November and Mariana (our WC) has sent us the Wedding Application form that has all the info they need for us and the witnesses but at the bottom is a section called a "Marriage Agreement" where it asks if we want joint possessions or split possessions in case of a divorce. We are a little hesitant on filling out this part and quite frankly even discussing it. Seems like a pre-nup to us. I asked Mariana about this and she said we have to fill that out if we want a legal/civil ceremony. Has anyone had an issue with this? Is it legally binding in the U.S.? Thanks!
