Hey ladies, I've also had trouble getting them to respond and have had 5 wedding coordinators so far! I found that the only way to get any answers is to call them directly. I did not do the big day preview but I did visit the hotel while in Mexico. The resort is beautiful and from what I saw the service while you're there is amazing. I can't figure out how to post pictures on here but if you would like me to share message me and we can use personal email!

The 4000 was because it was a private rehearsal at $40 per person and I have about 100 invited...I agree it will look bare without anything, I'm hoping I can bring my own centerpieces for the tables and such because all of the vendors are sooo expensive! I figure between the dj and photographer we will spend $5000...speaking of which does anyone have recommendations for either of them?

Because if so that would save me around $4000 I could put into decor

Hi ladies and congrats on your upcoming weddings! I am planning on having my wedding at the Hyatt Ziva on March 25th 2017 and was formerly working with Jessica, however she just informed me that her last day would be Friday and my new contact would be Andrea. I had a site inspection on May 9th and everything looked beautiful. Just like most of you I have a lot of questions about decor and such. We picked the lavish an opulent package but it's a little unclear about what kind of decorations it includes. Does anyone have any info about that? Also if anyone has any questions for me I would be more than happy to help..thank you in advance!
