I'm going to go w/ the reg tote listed here I would love the wider ones but I love the $.89 better. I'm looking for drawstrings for the guys since we have some single guys coming too. Don't want to leave them out.

Silly question but how do you know what size tote?? @@jyoung646 When doing the OOT for guests did you do one bag per guest or per person. Did you guys do anything different for the guys?

@@MeredithLynne Hi I'm shopping around for tote bags. What size did you buy? Also where did you find transfer paper in bulk? How many bags did you do ? Im so not the crafty type.

@@Amandab1378 I was thinking the same regarding the white curtains. It's hard without the visuals! My wedding consultant told me she'll be at a wedding on Sunday and will be able to provide some pictures for inspiration. I'll share once I see them. As for our schedule, our ceremony is from 5-5:30pm, 30 mins for group pics. Cocktail hour from 6-7pm and then reception following right after.

Just got back from my trip to Cancun! We were able to do a site inspection at the Hyatt Ziva. It was amazing!! I fell in love! So happy with my new location. The pictures do not do it any justice. It's breathtaking in person. Originally I wanted to get married on the beach but the gazebo is definitely the place to do it. @@Amandab1378 have you found any decorations for the gazebo? My next step is deciding on decorations! I'm still in search of a photographer and videographer. I wasn't too impressed w/ the one contracted w/ the hotel. I met w/ one of their reps and was very disappointed w/ the lack of preparation for the meeting. So if anyone can share who you're working with it would be great! Jackie

@@kimberlyc Hi Kimberly fist Congratulations on your wedding. I'm in the same boat feeling overwhelmed and looking for alternatives to the reception bc we're paying $75 pp for reception. Curious how did this turn out?

@@ajens303 That's awesome.I'm going to look into them! That's what we want drinking/ snorkeling and possibly visiting another island. We have 45 pp. So we'll need transportation from resort to location.

Hi TAPreety, we have 40 ppl going working on a 20 room block. Not sure which room best for me and FH. We're staying 10 days. The rooftop terraces are rooms? Haven't decided on location yet but thinking beach ceremony or gazebo. Can't wait to see your pictures!!

We just booked our wedding for September 2016 at the Hyatt Ziva and their prices are pretty standard. They don't offer as many perks as other hotels when booking group rooms but I'm just so happy w/ the location and beach! @@TAPreety - Since you were recently there what room do you recommend for bride and groom to book (we do get a an upgrade I was told ) Any suggestions for the location of cocktail/reception?

Hello ladies! I thinking of changing my location to the Hyatt Ziva. Looks beautiful and everything I'd like esepcially the beach! I'm originally booked at Azul Sensatori and NOT happy about the beach and seaweed. I can't seem to over look it! How are their group rates?? How are the wedding packages looking?? Allison, Thank you for sharing your album. BEAUTIFUL pictures!! I'm so torn w/ Azul. I've never been to the Riviera Maya and I'm so afraid to have my wedding on the beach and NOT love the beach. I was in Cancun in the beginning of October and loved our beach but our resort was too pricey for all -inclusive.

Hi Everyone! @hirvine83 -I know what you mean about trying to find the perfect location. We were looking into the Azul Five too but ended up going w/ Azul Sensatori. I think because it was a little bigger and we have a lot of guest. We needed something that was very family friendly. I'm so concerned about all the seaweed I keep reading about. Anyone else experience that when they went? I haven't seen it so I can't tell how bad it is. Hopefully it will be gone by next year!

Hi Congratulations! I just booked my wedding for September 2016 at Azul. I'm torn w/ the sky terrace or beach. The reception under the gazebo how does that look? IS that on the beach or by the pool? You also mentioned you went to the bride rehearsal. I was thinking of booking to go see sometime in Feb. Was it worth it??
