@@mexiwedding wow! Yeah 10+ tables is a lot! Maybe something homemade is better since you need so many. Maybe use coral, starfish, sand dollars, small candles & ribbon in your wedding colors to keep it light (weight wise) for easy travel. @@jordanj I picked floral centerpieces from the catalog. With only 4 tables and ours being free I felt it was worth the money. I picked the one pictured below in the colors in the 2nd pic. @@Maurindy2016 it fits any normal outlet abd can be used to charge any Mobil device that can plug into a USB port. It will recharge a normal phone twice once you've fully charged the portable stick charger. I've been debating the same thing and will probably just bring it. Awwww thanks @@mexiwedding I got the bags from vistaprint.com with a 40% off coupon well worth it and just added the ribbon. The other stuff was all Ida's I found on Pinterest The handwritten notes weren't too bad cause I only have 10 bags to do so it makes it muuuuch easier and I wanted to personally thank everyone. I plan on giving them out myself as they arrive. Almost half coordinated their flights to all fly into Orlando and then be on the Orlando to Cancun flight together so that helps a ton too!!! I'm using the spa for hair but not my makeup even though it's included with the Gold Package cause I'm really particular about my makeup. For my hair I booked a trial run two days before the big day. I'm using DW as well @@Maurindy2016 the rates should only be slightly higher than the finest site and when finest lowered their rates online a month or so ago my DW consultant made them renegotiate our contract and everyone's rates drop and some were refunded as much as $400. @@OliveiraWedding Oh wow!!!!! Your photos look beautiful!!!! That really eases my mind in a BIG way!!!! I was stressing as to whether I should go with the resort photographer with our gold package or hire an additional outside photographer. My wedding is going to be small as well (25 people) with a beach ceremony and Las Dunas Reception. Viviana is my wedding planner as well. She has been very responsive to my emails. Did you use the music trio included in your gold package and if so which one? Do you have any photos of the reception area set up? Thank you again for all your help!!!!
