Hello everyone, Looking for a little info and advise. Could someone tell me what the main differences are between the Moon Palace and the Beach Palace. Are these both located in the same resort, are they different hotels? Also, could someone please tell me what their beaches are like? A good beach is a make or break for me. I love the beach so I really would love a good beach. I've read some comments that the beach is not very good and I'm a little concerned. Thanks in advance

Hello ladies, I have a little query about the Moon Palace, wonder if any of you could assist. I've been emailing back and forth with one of the WCs but all I seem to get is information in dribs and drabs and I then try to piece the puzzle together. My wedding guests will consist of 15 people (including bride & groom), perhaps a handful of friends might join us but I doubt this will be more than 20 (25 pushing it). From the information they've given me it appears I get a free dinner and a free cocktail hour for all those travelling with the same Tour Operator as myself. After reading all of your comments I'm not sure this is correct as I would have very few room nights. I also thought this seemed to work out quite cheap especially since I was going for the Complimentary Package. Perhaps someone can shed some light

Thanks, Danielle. Will definitely check it out. With regards to the Moon Palace, is the reception dinner and the cocktail hour also complimentary or is this only so when you have a certain number of guests?

Hello fellow brides/brides to be, I've been browsing through this site and have found it incredibly informative and useful. I would be extremely grateful if someone could shed some light on the questions/concerns I have. I am currently in the initial stages of organising my 2016 wedding in the Riviera Maya. I will be travelling all the way from Europe with my family (approx. 15 of us), some friends might join us but this is not a certainty as of yet. Initially I wanted to get married at the Grand Palladium, I love this resort. It was our first big holiday together as a couple and the resort itself is beautiful. I know my family would love it! Upon checking the difference wedding packages on offer by the Palladium and the Moon Palace I am noticing that the Palladium seems to be more expensive in terms of packages. The Moon Palace seems to offer more "free" stuff ie the Complimentary Package. Also, the dinner and the cocktail hour appears to be free; I would only need to pay for guests not travelling with the same Tour Operator as myself and for any extra hours. The music system is also a separate charge. I have been emailing back and forth and as most of you know whilst they are very helpful communication is delayed and at times not entirely clear. I was hoping someone could give me any advise or tips. Thank you. Jen
