Hello All, I recently booked at Grand Palladium Riviera Maya. It took them about a week to reply to my initial e-mail, when I was still deciding between properties. After the initial, reply times were about 2-3 days. The last 2 weeks, I agree with @ that they've been a little slower than usual, but I just send follow-ups if I don't hear back after 4 days.

Thanks so much for the help thus far! I'm certain I'll have several other questions.... ☺ After reading 200+ posts, 300+ reviews, and 60+ quotes, we FINALLY decided on a resort!

Hello Everyone, I'm completely new...actually, this is also my first time joining a forum (ever)...sorry in advance for any incorrect posts... Engaged since December of 2014. My fiance and I finally decided on a wedding month...looking at end of May/early June of 2016. I'd been doing research for about 3 weeks now, and finally chose Riviera Maya for our destination. Unfortunately, my travel agent is terrible and now I'm not sure what to do. Getting a little nervous as it seems dates are booking up really quickly. Can anyone please provide an agent in the Toronto area? I received quotes, but I have so many more questions and he's not replying. Not to mention that he is NEVER in the office. It's really frustrating and I feel I've wasted so much time. It's nice to read all the posts on here. Everyone seems so amazing and helpful. ☺
