I NEED THIS!!! I have signed with the hotel for my wedding date and sent my deposit in, but does that mean that i am now stuck with lomas? I want to bring on my own photographer, dj, and bring in my own flowers... but there is no way i can pay 800 for each one of those!!! So far ive only got a 200 deposit down on this wedding and i wouldnt be against losing it to get something much cheaper! Also, how do i get approved to be on the FB site, i put my request in like 3 weeks ago and haven;t heard anytning :/ I got to sign my room agreement contract on Monday, scared, very scared...

Ladies, just curious did you do the majority of your negotiating with the travel agent or wedding coordinator? I've got about 50 rooms on this resort and want to negotiate as much as possible, mostly the vendor fees :/ looking at a dj and photog not on the list. Thanks in advance

Okay so I set a date, oct 7th 2016. I am working with a GI certified agent, and so far we have about 40 rooms we will be looking at getting a quote on... Just in case, what all should I be looking to get "for free" with all of these rooms? I would love to have my reception on the sky deck, but refuse to pay $1700 since the pool/beach is just as beautiful, but I'm willing to negotiate with all that I've got! Any tips or tricks would be awesome! Thank you all! Valerie

OMG, your photos and video are AMAZING!!!!! How can I go about using the same vendors as you?? We just set our date, October 7th, 2016 so I have some time, but everything you did looks so great and seems to have cost you much less than what is on site. If you could give me any tips you might have I would appreciate it! Right now we are doing wedding on the beach (my forever dream) and looking at the sky deck for the reception, althought with about 85 guests right now, i might be changing my mind on that one.
