I remembered reading that Del Sol Photo was an approved vendor for Paradisus (possibly on this forum). At that point I started looking for reviews of Outdoor Photo (Juan Navarro Photo) and Del Sol Photo and came across http://www.bridebox.com/blog/top-20-wedding-photographers-cancun/ from January 2015. This article prompted me to look really look into Del Sol which ultimately gave us the feeling that they would be our preferred choice if available. A quick email and a rather quick response from Del Sol sealed the deal (and ensured that there wasn't a vendor fee). If you are interested in our quotes, please feel free to let me know and I'll send a PM. We have a rather small wedding but their original quote which matched or Wedding Day Story "package was similar in pricing although slightly higher. We modified the package to better fit our wedding ceremony which actually ended up saving us $200. Plus, they give you a list of their available photographers, which you can then lookup their bios for a more personalized experience assuming you have a preference. Overall, I really like the prompt replies and service that Del Sol has provided so far.

I hear ya. I too didn't want to ask many questions. On a positive note, Wedding Day Story issued our refund promptly and we are in the process of booking with Del Sol Photo. We are getting married on April 1 and even though this hiccup could have been worse, it's not something I wanted to deal with at just under 4 months out... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
