What were your alternatives and how did that go over with guests? Like a dummie, I ordered the private event because I thought I had to and didn't think I had an option. I even ordered a steel drum player for sky deck after the ceremony. It's expensive!!!...Food and entertainment. And it makes no, sense because they are just going to eat again right after at the dinner reception at Zavas. I'm wondering if I could just use the promo event instead? Has anyone done this or know if this is an option. I'm so frustrated with that Miami office, I don't want to give Karisma any more money if I don't have to. I feel so duped. Every task with them is a labyrinth. Thanks so much. Can any brides share thoughts on cake flavors? What did you pick and were you happy? How is the red velvet? Lemon? Vanilla? Etc. Thanks in advance.

@@carrieandsam thank you for posting those are the same pics my WC in a Miami sent me. @@BecomingaRiggio I have a similar theme try to decide if I'm going with rose gold/blush or silver/mercury glass accents to pop the a Shades of white theme. Here is a pic of the set up of the fans. This picture is reminding me that I need to purchase 2 sets of chair sashes. One for ceremony and one for reception. I'm so behind but will get there. Thinking of purchasing the sashes from the tableclothfactory.com. Pretty reasonable, but does anyone have an alternative so I can compare prices? Also, thinking of going with a silk gazebo fabric drape instead of organza. Any thoughts on these two fabrics? Thank you in advance for your reply. May 31st is around the corner ! Hi, Is anyone using the programs supplied by the resort? I am waiting on a picture of the programs and fans for the sky deck wedding package. So I can determine if I need to have printed on my own. Thanks. @@BecomingaRiggio I am also doing a shades of white wedding. Are you doing an accent color. Regarding lights I'm using eBay and amazon twinkle lights 100feet.
