@@Kristin do you know if the iberostar resorts allow entry to each location. For instance if we stayed at the grand rose and had the ceremony at the rose hall suites?

Is anyone thinking of giving their guests flip flops? And if so how did you know their size? Ask beforehand? I always thought this idea was cute and thoughyf for a beach wedding

@@Andrea2015 that's awesome! I'm glad that you've found your resort! Where there any other deciding factors that made you go with this resort? How is there pricing?

The hard rock (punta Cana) and the moon palace resort in Jamaica that has yet to open... Those are the only 2 that I've gotten quotes for so at first I thought, ehhh that's not bad, but when I get on here and see the price differences it makes me second guess it @ And it's near the end of May.... Doors the price your guests have to pay include airfare/7days? @

@ it goes to about $1700 pp without airfare at that point... Ughhh I think that sounds crazy expensive, but then again it's only supposed to be close family so maybe it'll deter the extras

I've been getting quotes from my TA and they seem a bit expensive! 800 pp for 3 days + flight to either Jamaica or DR... Does that sound high?!!!! (Family is going to fly from ATL/Clev)

Are there any brides out there that are thinking of having their wedding at the Hard Rock? What wedding packages are you interested in? Are you going to have private events?

@@JenniferH114 thanks! This part is so nerve wrecking! I think I know what my heart wants, but I don't want to shut out other possibilities. There is so much that is unknown. I have been emailing back and forth with my TA but I think I need to see her face to face, maybe that will help with my decision.

Hey everybody!! My fiancé and I got engaged the day after thanksgiving and now we're in the beginning statved of trying to figure out where we want to get married! We're thinking May 2016... I must confess! I have a first love (hard rock punta cana) but am unsure if I want to commit. I want to be sure to get the best deal for everyone coming (thinking maybe 10 guests) and they are a little high. I am also looking at places in Jamaica but the ones I have looked at don't compare (rooms aren't as updated or nice). I've never been out of the country so I really don't have much to compare to... I've spoken with a TA but am still lost. How is everyone else's process going?
