For us it has been a true nightmare. They are super slow in getting back to us, they are not giving us the right night comp amount. They are also trying to squeeze every penny out of us. By the way, we were considering changing our location to Zocalo but they told us that it would be an extra $1000 (even though we've paid for the private event and we had been assured that there was no extra cost for that location before we signed the contract). It was then that we knew they were trying to take advantage of us. They are also trying to charge us two vendor fees because we have photography and videographer, even though they are on one contract. The travel agency has been less than helpful, giving us incorrect information, not answering our questions. Just a nightmare.

@@BecomingaRiggio It's because they want us to buy the dinner under the pretense that we cannot choose the location. So, basically, if I want to choose where to have it, I have to pay per person. It is insane!!! Thank you for all the info!! I am a bit nervous about customs... it is $300 a person? I intend to bring everything back! Why would I leave it with them? They'd probably use it to charge other couples. By the way, do you have the contact info of the supervisor you spoke with to get that fee down? Can you private message it to me? (if you are ok with that). Our WC is avoiding the issue (I asked her 3 times about the photographer). Also, does anyone have ideas for centerpieces that are portable? Thanks again ladies!

Thank you so much for your incredible review. This was so helpful! We are getting married in September and I was slightly worried about decorations and such. Karisma also wants to charge us extra for one of the free events we are supposed to have, and our budget almost doubled! Your pictures are absolutely beautiful!! If you don't mind my asking, how did you negotiate the vendor fee? For the same reasons you listed, we are going with an outside photographer, but the $800 fee is really killing our budget. We are also having some trouble with our coordinator in Miami. She never has any good input, and forgets the things we've already discussed. As for decorations, did you have any issues with customs? What did you use for centerpieces? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks so much for taking the time to post this review!

I'm getting married at Azul Sensatori too! Trying to find ideas for centerpieces, bouquets and decorations to cut costs! Does anyone have any photos of what they used for decorations?

Hi gals! We are getting married at Azul Sensatori in September. We are on a super tight budget so I am going crazy trying to find ways to cut costs at Sensatori. The prices they charge for the add-ons are outrageous! I have a million questions but I'd like to start asking what you have done for centerpieces and decorations! I am concerned about how heavy they will be and customs restrictions. I am also worried about the bouquets. Any ideas or pictures to share?
