I'm totally down for Cibo, and the Yorkville location is close to the Bay subway station. My other thought was Loose Moose. It pretends to be a sports bar (its really not), has good beer on tap and prices are reasonable, plus it's a quick walk to Union station. I'm easy, so where ever the group wants to go works for me! Thanks! My only reservation is making sure there's decent Scotch / whiskey as we have some big drinkers in our bunch. Every other kind of alcohol I'm sure I'll be happy with whatever they include in the cheapest tier. I'll probably get in touch with the resort to see what Scotch is included. Thanks again! Brides - what level of open bar are you planning for your reception (or what did you choose for those that have already been married here)? BBQ Menu in the palapa comes with "national open bar" for the reception time and then we have to pay a per person per hour charge for the extension. Just wondering if it's worth the extra cost to upgrade to International or Premium booze....

Absolutely love your dress! Looks gorgeous on you, and so light and airy - perfect! Glad that you spoke up and had the additional alterations done. I am terrible at confrontation (even when it's not really confrontation) and would have struggled to speak up and had that change made. It's on my list of new year's resolutions to work on that and seeing others do it and the positive outcomes really helps! The robes look great too. Thanks for providing the name of the etsy shop - I'll definitely check them out! Keeping my fingers crossed for you that the next few days go as planned and leave you with some spare moments to sit back and relax before you leave. I've been MIA lately and just saw your recent posts. I'm so sorry to hear about your mom and Sean's parents. Hugs to you and Sean and I'll be thinking of your mom and hoping she feels better soon and the surgery goes well. I'm glad that you were able to cancel the trips in time and have found a way to celebrate the wedding with them, even if it's not the way you had originally planned. It would probably be tough for most of us to stay positive with everything that's happened to you guys lately so I'm impressed with your attitude to be seeing the silver lining in these disappointments. You're like the anti-bridezilla! Plus, I'm sure karma will ensure that your wedding day will be absolutely perfect to make up for all these issues you've been facing!
