  1. In case anyone is looking at using Stacey now, I would seriously recommend against it. I used her this spring and though she was great leading up to my wedding day and on my wedding day after that she basically stopped responding to me. For a period of time i thought I was never going to get my photo's and was actually very despondent about the whole situation. It took over 4 months and I did get them however I know several other brides that having been waiting 5-6 months with no luck. Further to this, I still have not received my photobook or my print credit from her and highly doubt I ever will. There are a lot of great photographers out there, don't use Stacey. And if your not convinced, just take a look at her Facebook page at some of the comments (though she does remove them periodically) and see all the very upset people over her lack of communication.
  2. Hi fellow brides, I recently got married at the Royalton and it was a great experience. The staff there really went about and beyond to make sure my wedding day turned out great. I used Stacey Clarke as my photographer and although she was great leading up to and on the day of our wedding, I have yet to receive my photo's from her. My wedding was 4 months ago and she keeps promising me my photo's but always has a new excuse as to why I don't have them yet. I'm wondering if anyone else has used her and had a similar experience? I'm starting to worry that I will never get my photo's and that she will have in essence stolen $3000 US from me.
  3. Hey everyone!! I'm also getting married at RWS (April 8) and am struggling to organize some of the stuff through the resort. I'm wondering what other people have decided to do around serving alcohol at their reception and it seems completely nonsensical to me that an all inclusive resort is charging for this. Several of my guests don't drink so can we pay only for guests that will drink? Does anyone know if guests can just go to the sport bar and get some drinks to bring back to the reception (we are having ours by the pool). Also, what are people's ideas/suggestions for decorating and lighting for their meal and receptions?? Any and all comments/feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks!!!
