I'm having such a big issue matching my decorations with the color of the girls dresses, no one sells celadon green chair sashes! But I love this color is almost a calmer mint green . @@Sabes44 omg you're getting married 2 days after me, I feel like I have nothing done yet! If you don't mind me asking how much are Juan navarros packages? I don't think I want to use the in house photographer

@sabes 44 i didn't know we had to pay for lights too...i feel like we have to pay for the air we breath... wow lol are any of you girls doing flowers for the gazebo on the beach? jessica sent me a list of all the prices and the flowers start at 400 dollars or so..thats crazy, plus flowers centerpieces are crazy expensive too, please tell me that at least open bar is included in the price package for the dinner @@upstatekj, i have big bridal party, the guys are going to match the girls ...see attachment @@upstatekj attachment didn't work lol lets try again i would probably change the color of the tie to match the girls dresses

@@JenniferH114 thank you for making some clarity in my overwhelmed head lol... yes jessica emailed me a picture to show me that everything comes in white ....although i don't understand why the prices of flower centerpieces are so high, and so are the bridesmaids bouquets ... i think I'm going to bring my own table runners, i saw some pretty ones on etsy. @@Sabes44 i agree with you, you made the right choice! @@hapykat omg yes with every little extra that i want it would definitely be just as pricey as it would be hosting it at home.....and that would defeat the purpose haha

is any of you girls thinking or are having the reception on the beach? or did any of you who already got married have the reception on the beach? i have a large group coming so I'm considering having it on the sand rather that in one of the restaurants

@@Surfingsara .. awww thank you so much for your help.. you're getting married a few weeks before me... after talking to my mother in law i think I'm going to being the ribbons for the chairs and runners for the tables... I'm not sure if i want to leave the napkins white or not.. i saw in the link for the decorator that they have maracas, i like that as a favor since it is a mexico wedding... my fiancé is a graphic designer so he's probably going to take care of all the post card and "paper" details lol and i also won't be able to visit the resort before my wedding so I'm constantly overwhelming my coordinator with questions and requests on prices lists haha! good luck with graduation

hi ladies, so i just got my first few emails from jessica, I'm so confused.. she gave me a link from the decorator... i saw prices for linens and chairs and wooden gazebos... so none of that is included in the gold package? i have to pay for everything separate? like napkins, table cloths, chairs, tables, cocktail hour decoration? i just emailed her back to ask her what is that comes in the package in detail lol help

@@Sabes44 I hope so, I asked my travel agent if we get any upgrade if we get a lot of out guest to book through her, but she completely ignored my question :/

girls, did any of you get a room upgrade when you got married ? i might have about 75 guest staying at the resort and from my coordinator email i understand they don't intent to upgrade us lol

@@Wrathwitch congratulations your wedding is so soon! let me know how it goes....and to answer your question, this is my first marriage for both me and my fiancé , but that doesn't mean i didn't have to go through annoying paperwork, since I'm from italy lol we chose the gold wedding package just because our italian parents levee to hang posters of their kids wedding at the house hahaha 7 guest? i wish i did a little head count yesterday with all the "maybes" and its around 80...now I'm sure not all 80 are going to be a definite love the idea of customized rings good luck with everything

hi fellow brides, i will be getting married at erc june 27th 2015 ... i am so excited but also very nervous to start the planning with wedding coordinator, we re running late, we just booked the stay for my fiancé and i... i didn't recieve a first email from a coordinator yet..what should i expect? was your planning smooth? thank you
