Are you getting responses via email from the resort?

Is anyone having issues with the Resort responding to emails? I haven't heard anything since October. I have tried calling multiple times but no one is ever in the coordinator office. Also is there anything special I need to bring that you know of for the Symbolic Ceremony? Paperwork? etc? Thanks!

Hi!! Our wedding date is May 15, 2015 so we will be there right at the same time. We just have about 20 guests and will also be having the ceremony at the Akumal beach. I have been looking into flying a photographer down instead of using the one at the resort. I had emailed Trisha about possibly coming for my wedding and was wondering if you're interested in looking into splitting the photographer cost. Let me know your thoughts
