Hi Brides I wanted to ask when you signed your contract with Moon Palace were you told there was a certain number of standard rooms available? I am being told if I choose one Nov 2015 date there are 35 standard rooms and another date has 80 standard rooms. I do not know if this is a ploy and I have also been told the travel operator can only offer so many rooms to use even if the resort has much more. Can anyone weigh in on this?? Thanks!

My finance and I are hoping to have our wedding at Hard Rock Cancun in November 2015. Just as we were about to finalize the details we were told some information that concerned us and we are coming to this forum to ask for help.The agent we are working with has informed us there are no standard rooms available for us for one of the dates we choose in November and for a later November date there are 18 standard rooms available. 1. Is there truly a limit to the number of standard rooms available to us? 2. If we book 75 room nights, based on a double occupancy, are the unlimited daily 3 hours events unlimited for more than 32 guests? 3. If we choose the complimentary wedding package and have more than 32 guests attending do we pay a price per head? We appreciate the help!
