Next week going to Mexico. Beloved and Finest are on our list. We are meeting up at Beloved.. we will see if they give us a tour of Finest or show us anything. If so I will take photos etc.

ok our site visits changed we are going December 9th. Super excited and we are staying at the HRH. Since we are staying here if anyone has any questions I can try to find an answer or get a photo or something for you. Checking out a bunch of other resorts while there also.

We are going for site visits Dec 9th! Plus taking a little break to get out of the cold weather. We are going to: Azul Sensatori Azul Fives Dreams Tulum Beloved Finest Moon Palace and Staying at Hard Rock Any suggestions things to look at ask, etc. Anyone want an answer that they are looking for or a photo of something? Any advise will be awesome! Thanks!!!

Update: So I paid for Destination Weddings.com and so far I have a terrific person that I am dealing with. Answers my emails right away. Is setting up all my site visits. Set up my transportation etc. So far so good and I feel like a big weight lifted off of me.

Has anyone have any reviews that have had the wedding at beloved? I am super curious. I have a site visit with Finest in December and some other resorts and they told me about Beloved, now I am so curious... and even more confused LOL! We were looking for a boutique hotel we will have children and it looks like it is very "quiet" so want to make sure it will not be to quiet for the kids and also the adults. Any info would be awesome

Ok I am so overwhelmed and it has only been a few days. This site is awesome.. My FI and I are going to do site visits of some resorts we would like to see in person. Originally in February but changing it to next month we have the time to take from work. If you had a wedding planner I would love to hear your experience. Will they setup the site visits, meet us while in Mexico? Maybe offer suggestions of resorts based on criteria we are looking at?? Can you recommend your planning company? Lastly if you did not have one do you wish you did? Looking at Dreams Tulum, HRH MR, Finest Playa Mujers (new resort), Azul Beach or Azul Fives.. But just read the beach is not that private at Beach so maybe Sensotori.. last one Paradisus la Esmalda... Now you see why we are overwhelmed. LOL

Is this hotel open yet? I actually emailed them possibly planning a site visit to Mexico to pick a place and from online it looks BEAUTIFUL and I love NEW

Does anyone have or seen a budget planner for this resort? I have one for Dreams someone shared. Very helpful to look at.

Any Cozumel Palace past brides that can share photos of the resort, the wedding etc. It is one of the places I am considering but cant seem to find much. Thanks!

Hi we are planning on going to see this resort on our site visits in February. We are tossed up on 3 resorts. Dreams Tulum which is our first choice. HRH Riveria and Azul Fives and/or Sensotori. This is so crazy.. you don't want to make the wrong decision.

I stayed at the Gran Caribe in August. The food was not great at all. The Italian restaurant we ate at 4 nights I also got VERY sick the night before we left. I spent my flight home in the bathroom I was scared they were not going to let me fly. We had issues with the "Real Club" as I am a member. Also transportaion from the resort to the airport... they did not send a car seat for my 10 month old son. Even though I asked several times about this they told me to put him on my lap. That was so not happening. So being sick and trying to deal with that situation was AWFUL. I personally would not go there. I have been to both the Royals Cancun and Royal PDC better service and better food. Just my opinion on what happened to me. We are currently planning a wedding and I get a 50% discount by using them since I am a member and I will not use the properties for my wedding. Read tripadvisor

i googled the dress online and saw the Tara dress... I WANT to try that on. This is my second marriage and I want a little poof and I love that it comes off and you have a beautiful cocktail dress. I saw two different ones I like. My first wedding I had a full detachable train.. so I guess I like that style... Now I have to see if they have these in my area to try on. Wedding is on a huge budget.. and I spent 2000 on my first dress to sit in a box.. and eventually gave it away.. wont do that again. I also want to do the trash the dress photo shoot...

Hi, We are just in the process of planning and picking destinations.. WE really wanted to do sky lanterns and originally we were looking at Tulum but since it is not allowed we are checking other areas.. But I have a feeling they may not be allowed anywhere... Is there a list anywhere of who allows them, or at least had them in the past year or so? Thanks

@@fluffykim I am new to this process we are looking at Tulum as one of our choices and now we are thinking we should do a mini site visit. I see you said you get more then 75% off the rate that would be an awesome choice. Do you happen to have a recommendation for a travel agent? We are also going to a wedding in the Bahamas in April so we will be able to do some site visits while we are there hoping to anyway...

I would love to see outside space as well. I am thinking if I did inside venue that it would be more of a traditional wedding.

Hi all, We are in the beginning phases of planning for a late 2015 wedding. I would love some recommendations of some family spots. Our son will be 2 by the time the wedding happens Things that are important to us: 1. Family resort with a Beach we just stayed at Playa in August and they have NO BEACH left 2. Reception/ with DJ on the beach area we do want to be able to have a nice celebration with dancing 3. We want to be able to send lanterns into the sky at night 4. No longer then 3-4 hour flight from NY 5. 20-50 people possibly more but thinking not. 6. Columbus Day Weekend 7. Not to crazy priced for our guests *mexico is not the preferred spot but I would be interested in Tulum as a choice not opposed to that. Love some thoughts.. this is my second marriage.
