Gold flowers you get to choose from the gold choices in one of the Flyers I posted. I'm actually not using them I'm using real touch flowers instead that I'm bringing. Great Etsy vendor I'm using. I was not a fan of the ones in the book. Wasn't not what I wanted. You get 24 photos. You can choose for them to come to your reception or the ceremony. They will shoot and you get to pick 24 photos. I would say an 1 hour they will shoot. You can email Beach Studios they answer quickly. I'm actually using them for TTD photos instead. Yes they do hold you to anything in the contract. That's why I went with DW they helped with all that. And even though they have a contract they added extra perks. That Finest won't add directly. Let me know if you can't find the flower file. Make sure you book your date before you book anything. We went through destination weddings and that helped coordinate the hotel rooms and your guests. I'm glad I didn't have to do any of that. Then you just deal with the wedding stuff. They also get you group rates. We are staying in finest swim out suite. We get an upgrade as well which would move us to the family suite based on agreement and availability. I have friends staying in all sorts of the rooms in a few weeks. I'm flying my photographer in. A week is about right. They don't respond from Thurs-Sun they are doing weddings. I'm 3 weeks out and it's the same thing a week. Put all your thoughts in one email if they don't answer everything then make sure your bullet pointing and outlining each question. My emails look like if I was outlining a meeting with people. So for example reception I underline it and bold. Then bullet each question regarding the reception. They have a language barrier as well so this makes it easy to narrow down an look at. Yeah she gives you the contacts and you email each directly to work on what you need. Then she coordinates everything else. Once they respond to you ask for contacts for each. I just emailed the spa this week to get all my appointments set for massages and hair etc. I'll let you know how that goes if that's what we should do or make them when you are there. I know I am using DJ Mannia and they are great to work with so far. They answer right away. Just provided my song lists, and all the info and so far easy to work with. Understood everything I asked for. The Sparkler Company another issue i sent an email last week nothing. It was through there website. I just emailed my coordinator today to her see if she can get the info for us. The decor company has been pretty easy to work with as well. One thing I recommend is I called my CC company up yesterday told them I was going to Mexico and Bermuda the time limit and that I will be having $$$ charges. Since you cant pay up front while in states and only down there. They told me they accept amex but sometimes it does not go through I did not want to take that chance. So I made sure my Visa company knew what was going on. They told me that it is good to call because something like this they would have stopped the card. I fly back to the states on the 18th and the 20th I leave for a cruise. I have my sons 2nd birthday the 19th so another big charge. They would have been like what is going on with all of these charges. I AMEX everything because its protected but this time I will use Visa just to be safe. 1 Month from today I will be getting married in 10 minutes!!!

This is the minister from finest. I am only doing symbolic ceremony so those were the only scripts he sent. A month before you can reach out to your coordinator and she will give you the minister's information to email. I am assuming though these are standard.

That is what I used for the STD as well. I am using Destinationweddings.com as well. Been really good to work with no issues at all. As far as wedding details you get assigned a coordinator at the resort and you can ask them all the questions. The TA was great for the reservations, and all of the bookings and air stuff. The site was perfect also for people to book. Karilyn is my specialist.

I only sent out one invite since I booked in Feb and the wedding is in September. I was going to send out a separate thing to everyone who booked but decided against it. Saved money spent it somewhere else. Figured just doing the Itin in there bags. I didnt do a save the date.

Attached are all the files I have from all the Finest Vendors. We are using Beach Studios but for a separate event. Not the Wedding I have my friend who is a photographer he is a guest and he is doing the wedding and all the parties. The Extra Decor file is for the table and chairs. I got the wood tables and the wood chairs. No table cloths. I purchased burlap runners on my own from my wholesale company. Flowers I am not using because I did not want to spend extra money for my bridal party. I did the real touch flowers from etsy and totally love everything she did for me. They were $15 each and the girls can take them home. I will use the corsages for the parents from the floral company. Spa menu is attached as well. I am working on my welcome brochures once I have them done I will post. Planning on including the map. @@lizzjameson arent all the packages free? Well not free but of the silver or gold wedding package. They are not charging you after 20 people? You are getting 60 people? I am curious I was one of the early people to book my wedding at the hotel, and I am paying $45 per person after 20 people. I am also doing a welcome party at Las Dunnas on Friday paying $28 per person. I would be interested to know what package you got that it included decor and DJ service. I am paying $900 for tables and chairs, and $1300 for a DJ. YIKES I want to make sure there is not something better that I did not know about. We are booked with DJ Mannia as well. I heard very good things about them. I have been in contact with them as well and they seem to get back quickly, gave me suggestions for when I fill out the sheet for them. In a month I will let you know how they actually are

Best way is email and about a week in between emails. Put all your thoughts on an email. Bullet point everything and section it. Then send. Start a new email of questions you think about but don't send until you get the first response. This keeps the confusion down. A week seems to be the turn around. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
